What we collect

• Account information. The email address or phone number you sign in with, or the identity your Apple or Google account shares when you use social sign-in. Authentication is processed by Stytch, our sign-in provider.
• Location. If you grant permission, your device location is used to center the map, record your vessel track, and score nearby water. Location is used for these features and is not sold or shared for advertising.
• Your content. Waypoints, fishing spots, zones, saved views, catches, and settings you create in the app, stored so they follow you across devices.
• Subscription status. Purchases are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store only your subscription tier and its expiry.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We don’t share your fishing spots or tracks with anyone unless you mark them public.

Service providers

We rely on Stytch (authentication), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), RevenueCat and Stripe (billing), and Amazon Web Services (data processing). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its data at any time from the account menu in the app or on predict.fish. Deletion removes your account record, saved content, and authentication identity. Subscription management (and cancellation) is handled through the store you purchased from.
