The service

predict.fish shows ocean conditions, forecasts, and experimental fishing intelligence built from public oceanographic data. A free account stores your spots, views, and settings; a Pro subscription unlocks premium data layers.

Not a navigation or safety product

predict.fish is decision support, not a navigation product. Charts, routes, forecasts, and scores may be wrong, stale, or incomplete, and must not be used as a primary means of navigation or for life-safety decisions. Always follow official charts, notices to mariners, and weather broadcasts. FishScore and WaterMatch are experimental and have not been scientifically validated.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed by RevenueCat and Stripe at the price shown at checkout, renewing automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of the content you create. Don’t abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no reselling the data feeds, no attempts to bypass the subscription gates, and nothing unlawful.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yote Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
